Description:
Our dry cured Beef Bacon is charcoal BBQ smoked giving it a delicate salty-sweet smoke flavour that strengthens the longer you cook it. Our bacon is gluten free, dairy free, nitrate free with no added preservatives.
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat your frying pan until medium-hot
- Place Beef Bacon strips in the pan - non stick or with some oil of choice
- Turn Beef Bacon strips over and allow to cook through
- Continue to cook until crispy or however you like it
Notes: Unlike pork bacon that contain nitrates and other flavour enhancers, our beef bacon has a milder salt, sweet, rich smokey flavour.
