Our products are frozen, perishable goods that do not contain preservatives. This means that we require someone to be available to receive the goods. We can arrange a time that suits you for delivery.
Couriered items will be left at the door. Please get items delivered to an address where someone is there during the day. We cannot take responsibility for items left at addresses where no one is home.
Christchurch local delivery. If you are nor home your product will be returned to the factory and kept for you for pickup from our premises within 48 hours. In the event that you do not pick up your product within 24 hours, you will be refunded to the value of the product. You will, however, still be responsible for the shipping cost.
Our shipping cost are displayed at checkout out of trust for you to choose the correct one for your address. In the event that you choose the incorrect shipping rate, we may ask you to pay the difference before your product is delivered. Please do not be offended. We understand that mistakes happen.
