Our Refund Policy

  • Each refund will be treated on a case-by-case basis;
  •  We cannot agree to a return without first receiving
    • a copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation;
    • a photo of the food packaging showing the product label, including the product description and the packed and frozen on date;
    • a photo of the goods in question showing the problem;
    • a clear description of the problem;
  • In the event that we agree to provide a refund, we will either refund you the to the purchase amount of the goods or provide you with a replacement product to the same value at our sole discretion.
