Our dry cured bacon is charcoal BBQ smoked giving it a delicate salty-sweet smoke flavour that strengthens the longer you cook it. Our bacon is gluten free, dairy free, nitrate free with no added preservatives.
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat your frying pan until medium-hot
- Place bacon strips in the pan and allow to cook until the fat starts to become see-through
- Turn bacon strips over and allow to cook until fat bubbles
- Continue to cook until crispy or however you like it
Notes: Unlike bacon that contain nitrates and other flavour enhancers, our bacon has a milder salt, sweet, smoke flavour...but, the longer you cook it, the more the flavours present themselves.
